| Beth Pector is a board-certified family physician and experienced medical writer, in practice for over 18 years, available for freelance writing, research, and editing. A graduate of University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Medicine, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, she has twice scored in the top 1% of recertifying physicians on the family practice board exam.
